Child Safety Standards
Effective date: April 4, 2026
Spray Street ("we," "us," or "our") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") on the Spray Street mobile application (the "App"). This page describes the standards we enforce, the safety tools available in the App, how we handle reports, and how to contact us. These standards apply to all users, all content, and all communications on the App.
Our Standards Against CSAE
The following are strictly prohibited on the App:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any image, video, drawing, or computer-generated depiction of a minor engaged in or depicted in a sexual context
- Sexualization of minors in any form, including suggestive posing, captions, comments, or hashtags
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to make sexual contact with a minor
- Sextortion, coercion, or threats made against a minor
- Trafficking of minors or content that promotes or facilitates it
- Sharing of personal information of minors without consent
Any account found posting, sharing, soliciting, or engaging with such material will be permanently removed from the App.
In-App Safety Features
The App provides the following mechanisms so that users can surface concerns about content or other users:
- Report content: Every photo, post, and comment in the App can be reported directly from its detail view. Reports are sent to our moderation queue.
- Block users: Any user profile in the App can be blocked. Blocking hides all content and interactions from that user and prevents them from contacting you.
- Moderation review: Our moderation team reviews reported content and accounts. Content that violates these standards is removed, and violating accounts are suspended or permanently terminated.
How We Handle Reports
When a report involving suspected CSAE or harm to a minor is received:
- The reported content is reviewed on a priority basis and removed from the App if it violates these standards
- The account responsible is suspended pending review, and permanently terminated if a violation is confirmed
- Suspected CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States, and to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authority in other jurisdictions where required by law
- We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement investigating child safety matters
Age Requirements
The App is rated 17+ worldwide (A18 in Brazil). Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have verifiable parental or guardian consent to use the App, as described in our Terms of Use. Accounts found to belong to underage users without proper consent will be removed.
Contact for Child Safety Concerns
If you believe content on the App exploits or endangers a minor, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and act:
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first. In the United States, you may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
Updates to These Standards
We may revise these standards from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
