END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) Last Updated: 21 September 2024 Welcome to Spray Street, a photo-sharing app operated by Spray Corp. By registering or using Spray Street, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully. 1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or otherwise using Spray Street, you agree to comply with this EULA and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 2. User-Generated Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by uploading content to Spray Street, you grant Spray Corp a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to display, distribute, modify, and reproduce your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that: Is illegal, harmful, offensive, or promotes violence. Violates third-party intellectual property rights. Contains inappropriate, explicit, or abusive material. Encourages discrimination, hatred, or illegal activity. Spray Corp reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules. 3. Moderation and Reporting We take content safety seriously. Spray Street allows users to report any content they believe violates these terms. We commit to reviewing reports promptly and may remove content or suspend accounts based on these reports. You acknowledge that while we strive to ensure content safety, we cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be removed immediately. 4. User Conduct You agree to use Spray Street in a manner that is respectful to others. This includes: Not harassing, threatening, or harming other users. Not using the app for illegal purposes. Not impersonating others or providing false information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this EULA. 5. Age Requirements Spray Street has a global age rating of 17+, with a rating of A18 in Brazil. If you do not meet the minimum age requirements in your region, you are not permitted to use the app. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of Spray Street by individuals under 18. 6.
